Director of Long Term Care

Nadine is a graduate of Concordia College NY with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She also holds a master's degree in nursing informatics from Capella University and a post-baccalaureate diploma in business administration from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica. A member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Nurses Association, Nadine's background includes experience in long term care, home care, and acute care settings. The framework that guides Nadine's delivery of nursing care is Watson's Theory of nursing: "Human caring is central to positive patient outcomes." In her role as Director of Long-term Care at The Grove, Nadine endeavors to create an environment in which a sense of caring is felt by residents, families, and staff; this, in turn, creates a positive milieu that impacts lives. Nadine states, “Nursing is a calling, it takes a special group of people to do what we do, and it takes a village!”
