Nsini Udo, RN, BSN, MS
Director of Nursing
With over 20 years of nursing experience, Nsini serves as the Director of Nursing at The Grove. Nsini joined The Grove team in August of 2018, as Director of Long Term Care, later promoted to Director of Nursing. She received her BSN from the SUNY University at Buffalo and holds a Master’s degree in adult and gerontology nursing from Lehman College. Nsini has vast experience in acute care, (Montefiore, Sound Shore Medical and Lawrence Hospital) and long term care (Silver Crest, Hudson Pointe, and Wartburg). Moving up in the ranks from the beginnings of her career, she has served in different capacities: as a home health aide, floor nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, nurse educator, Assistant Director of Nursing and Interim Director of Nursing. Nsini has received several honors throughout her nursing career: Outstanding Nurse Leader Award, Scholastic Peer Mentoring Award from Dominican College, and Who is Who in American Colleges and Universities. A member and scholar of the Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society, she believes in accountability and is known for her exceptional nursing skills and critical thinking ability. Her nursing career has been dedicated to creating high standards and maintaining reliable systems of care. Nursing is her calling and passion.
